If you missed the HIIT class this morning or need a quick workout here's a copy of the routine I used this morning:






40 Sec /20 Sec Splits

(Use weights that challenge your muscles (15-20lbs are ideal))


Lower Body Interval

Offset Squats (db positions hi-lo)

Pulsing sumo squats

Stiff leg deadlift

Weighted alternating reverse lunges

Weighted glute bridge


Cardio 30 Sec Interval

Burpees

Jumping lunges

Mountain Climbers


Upper Body Interval

Alternating shoulder press

Isolated bent over rows (single arm row)

Offset Squats (db positions hi-lo)

Isolated hammer curls

Overhead triceps press

Weighted alternating reverse lunges

Alternating lying chest press (table top legs)


Cardio 30 Sec Interval

Burpees

Jumping lunges

Mountain Climbers


Full Body Intervals

Skier swings

Dumbbell cleans

Alternating dumbbell snatch

Push up to renegade row

Bicycle presses


Cardio 30 Sec Interval

Burpees

Jumping lunges

Mountain Climbers


Core Interval

Alternating toe touch

Hollow pull overs

V-sit up and over

Side plank hold

Plank w/hand taps
