Here's a quick workout challenge for the holidays. If you're traveling or have family in for the holidays this quick routine will keep you in tip top form:

15 Burpees
50 Jumping Jacks
60 Sec Run in Place
60 Sec Mountain Climbers
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
15 Lunges (each leg)
10 Triceps Dip
60 Sec Plank
30 Crunches
20 Bicycle Crunches
15 V-Sit-up
** Repeat the cycle 2-3 times
