Here's a workout for my dedicated ladies and gentlemen. If you can't make tomorrow's class try this workout...

Warm up

50 Jumping Jacks

15 Push-ups

50 Squats

15 Push-ups

50 Lateral Lunges

50 Jumping Jacks

Workout

Circuit I (Recover for 1 Min then repeat Circuit I)

Squat w/raised arms (30 sec)

Deadlift (1 min)

Squat Jumps (30 sec)

Burpees (1 min )

Flutter kicks (30 sec)

4 Count Mountain climbers w/jack (30 sec)

Circuit II (Recover for 1 Min then repeat Circuit II)

Walk out to push-up (1 min)

Standing Chest Press (30 sec)

Shoulder press to Frogger (1 min)

Jump squats (30 sec)

Lying chest press (1 min)

Plank row to rotation (1 min)

Core

Crazy Ivan's (1 min)

Russian Twist

Bicycles

Toe Touches
